The NCSU course titled Career Exploration & Development, also known as USC 202, is a course designed to help students unsure about their career find the right path. Isabelle Rocco and Jack Banask are two alumni of USC 202, and both have successfully found career success. Jack Banask, after graduating with a degree in Human Resources, went on to work at SAS and currently Ernst Young (EY). Isabelle Rocco completed her degree in Public Relations, with a minor in Non-Profit Studies, and now works for Proverbs 31 Ministries. In this episode, they detail their journey from college to career, explaining the difference between the real world and school, and how the pandemic has affected their careers.
