Learning to Learn

We live in an age of endless information but shrinking wisdom. In this new series, Learning: To Follow, we’re exploring what it means to pursue God with our minds — cultivating a teachable spirit that’s humble, curious, and ready to grow.

Drawing from A.J. Swoboda’s A Teachable Spirit, Pastor Brad invites us to rediscover Jesus’ call to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.” Together, we’ll learn what it means to let truth shape us — not just to learn more, but to be transformed more into the likeness of Christ.

Over these weeks, we’ll explore how to learn from culture, from the saints who came before us, from strangers, even from our enemies — all while asking: Are we learning to follow Jesus better?
