  2. Build on the momentum that you have, and start to take note of how you spend the last 5 minutes of your day
  3. Finally, keep at it and prime each day, start each day doing something you want to implement in your life, whether it’s reading, working out, or working on yourself. This gets you in the right mindset to conquer any day. Use the first 5 minutes when you wake up to work on those things that you want to implement in your life.
