In order to have a happy and healthy personal and professional life, you must be able to establish proper business boundaries. So today we will be going over exactly what phrases to use and when to use them!

• Research - Where are your most important resources being spent? Your most important resources are you time, finances, and energy. Are they being spent where you want them to be? If not, what will fix that?
• Review - If you find yourself in a situation where you want to say no, simply use the phase “Thank you for this opportunity, it’s just not appropriate for me and my business right now.”
• Challenge - Try this out this week! If someone wants you to work for free, if someone wants you to invest in a product that’s not right for you, etc go ahead and give this phrase a test run.
