CEO.  President. Executive. Owner. Boss.  We love the titles because they insinuate power, authority and most importantly - leadership. 
The entertainment industry puts a lot of weight on titles and labels, but wearing the label doesn't produce the character.  Being in a position of authority doesn't automatically make someone a leader.  "Leader" isn't a title or position, it's action and example.
