This week we jump back into the world of ninja sports with "The Commentator Ninja", Mary Leighton. She gives us a much deeper understand of what ninja is, where it is going (Olympics, anyone?), and opportunities for improvement. We also talk about her own unique experience on NBC's "American Ninja Warrior" and her YouTube channel all about ninja. This was a fun conversation about a sport I knew very little about and one that was very thoughtful as well as we dive into a conversation on how to improve the sport for women and young girls competing.
