Paola Royal is mother to a 20 year old boy called Fynn. She lives in Devon with her husband dog and cat. Paola loves the outdoors to reconnect with nature.

She has over 30 years of medical and psychological experience working as a Physiotherapist, studied energy psychology, Nutritional Therapy, and works as a Mindset Mentor,

Her passion is to improve our health and well - being through raising our awareness about how we psychologically work and the impact a healthy diet can have on our physical well being.

She created a 6 month programme where she holds her clients' hands on their way to improved health and well- being.
