Oh... You're Too Busy You Say??
Try telling our man Jeremy you're too busy (he has NINE kids and works 10 hour days as an EMT)
==> In 6 months Jeremy has lost 21 lbs, but more impressively, he's dropped from 23.5% body fat to around 14%.
All while eating MORE FOOD (he didn't cut out all his carbs or do anything crazy)
Plus his strength and overall fitness has gone through the roof!

You're NOT entitled to anything and the world doesn't owe you a thing...
YOU HAVE TO EARN WHAT YOU WANT THROUGH COMMITMENT & COURAGE.
TRUTH IS --> Most guys aren't too busy... they're just full of BULLSH*T EXCUSES and unwilling to truly COMMIT.
Dump the excuses and DO THE WORK.
When you work, it works.
