The Twenty-Second Sunday After Pentecost. 
True glory is found not in power, but in service. That’s the message Jesus conveys in today’s reading from Mark. He reminds us that we are called to give of ourselves, just as He did, to uplift those around us. In a world full of challenges and beauty alike, may we embrace our role as stewards of creation and servants to one another.
