What is essential? Storms are reminders!

What do you need?

Title- No Thing

Luke was a doctor and is reminding us of eye witness accounts, and prophecy Jesus fulfilled

Chapter 8 see miracles of calming storm, casting out demons, healed woman with blood disease, raise a girl from the dead.

Chapter 9 Jesus journey to Jerusalem, learning to follow Jesus along the way

V1-you can have power and authority but not live that way, live with expectations

V2-the good new is God's kingdom can be found on earth, miracles are the kingdom of God in action

V3-living with nothing requires faith, God's ways keeps us connected to him not things

V4-stay in what God has provided, it is an insult to envy

V5-not everyone will be happy for you, live in freedom

V6-there will be a season to leave and change

Fear of death- Death to our desires

Baptism is death to old self, forgiveness is death to myself,

Luke 10

God wants to set you free so you can be sent.

Everyone has 24 hours, make room for God.

What do you need to let go?

Quitting is not the same as letting go, live with an open hand.
