Our brains tend to get used to things quickly, and will ignore the ordinary. Adding the "why" to your daily gratitude will add emotion which creates a positive vibration, and this allows your gratitude to tell your brain what is really important to you. 


Our amazing brains are also naturally attracted to negative stimuli. This is basically designed to protect us from danger. The brain constantly scans the environment for danger or what could be wrong or unusual or stressful. This is a negative bias that we can overcome with, of course, gratitude!

Gratitude is a simple and highly effective way to train your brain to look for positive in the world!
