Mike Simmons was a founding member of the first community I ever had a part in creating.  Our careers have loosely mirrored each other since.  We've both-

1. Created our own titles inside our respective companies
2. Moved cities and successfully built out valuable networks quickly
3. Started our own companies that reached profitability quickly, based on relationships

All this has come from applying the same fundamental dynamics we learned from our young professional community creation in Miami.

Mike and I sat back and reflect on our lessons learned and applied in these crucial years, and the strategies we feel would help just about anyone who is trying to build influence with a client base.
