If you've been feeling trapped at home, lonely, bored out of your mind or worried about how life is going right now in a world so full of coronavirus pandemic, political drama and very intense protest energy, then you'll understand me when I celebrate how amazing it feels to sit outside in the sunshine and see people socializing and remember that even a crazy year like 2020 is going to pass. Whatever we're going through right now is always an opportunity for us to grow and strengthen. Sometimes, we're just surviving, but even when we're just surviving, we're becoming stronger survivors.
