No one likes to be sold.

Have you ever been in a store looking for something specific? Then a nice helpful person working at the store approaches you and asks if you need help. Of course you do, but you say “no thank you”.

We all have a fear of being sold something we don’t want or need. So that puts the salesman in a precarious position. How do we educate our customer without making them feel like they are just along for the ride?
