Jesus prays to His Father, “What you have hidden from the wise and the learned you have revealed to little children.” Jesus is talking about revelation that comes from God. God wants to reveal Himself to humble people. God takes pleasure in giving us revelation.

We can have a one-way prayer, asking God for things, and never give Him a chance to respond. But God wants to give us revelation if we don’t hang up on Him. It’s very exciting. He tells us secrets that we didn’t know before.
