Sarah Burns is the Director of Learning for our local Workforce Development Board, the San Diego Workforce Partnership. Sarah uses labor market data to help our region better prepare people for high wage, high growth jobs here in San Diego, and help local schools build pathways that lead to the jobs they predict will be there once our students enter the workforce. Leverage this data to help students find their Ikigai, or purpose!
