Podcasting for Educators: Podcasting Tips for Online Entrepreneurs

105. A Sustainable WFH Schedule for a Joyful Life with Maddy Fry

Listen Later

Do you find yourself constantly saying, "I wish I had more hours in the day?" Do you have a hard time pulling yourself away from your work? If you're saying yes, I hear you (because same).

Now, that's not to say that we don't love what we do as entrepreneurs, but it's really important to remember that there's more to life than working. So how do we give ourselves more white space in our days and feel like we have the hours we need to get everything done?

Today I have Maddy Fry on the podcast to talk all about creating a sustainable work-from-home schedule. Maddy shares how she changed her work schedule to work less, get her weekends back, and how you, too, can create your own dream schedule. We also chat about setting boundaries, being less distracted by our phones, and getting an outside perspective on your business (or whatever you're struggling with).

This is the perfect conversation to have (and hear) as we head into summer, which for me is the season of being extra intentional about my time so I can enjoy the warm weather with my family. And I hope you're planning to do the same!
