It's Valentine's Day, and to celebrate, we found the most tragic romantic story in comics:  Mad Love!  It's written by Paul Dini and art is by Bruce Timm.  It's the story of how Harley Quinn came to be so infatuated with the Joker, and it was adapted into an episode of Batman: The Animated Series!
