The questions answered today were:
1. I find it quite hard to prioritise what is really needed and what's not and I end up working very long days with barely any spare time. And yet, important things still don't get done. I don't think I am wasting my time (too much ;)) but with many projects that just came in (thankfully) I feel at 120% capacity. How can I improve this situation of working 24/7 and still feeling I'm not getting the important things done?
2. I’m pretty knackered after a big stretch this year. So I’m making a point to rest. However, I have one last big push - a showcase where I need to present to become affiliate faculty at a top business school to prepare for. This is very much part of my future vision and was once quite a burning dream. However it feels like I have to climb a mountain to prepare for this (to the degree that I would like) and so my mind and body want to push it away. I feel I need to overwork to do it justice. How can I have a different subconscious conversation here to make it fun, easeful and flowing so that I can really lean into the preparation and enjoy it? How can I almost guarantee that I secure it - from a subconscious programming perspective?
3. When you really wanna go big, but self worth gets in the way. You think, could I really be a mum, do stuff around the house, work 5 hours a day and still out-earn my husband who works in banking 12 hours a day? How could that be possible? How do you break this thinking?
4. How to get out of the fear of posting really authentic content online?
