Today's episode: I was contacted by a listener who felt that my suggestions this week we too strong. I address that, then make a few more suggestions of habits of success. The suggestions are to start or continue writing three things to be grateful for every evening before bed. Then also add a list of five success that occurred today, they can be anything, large or small. Write down any steps you took toward your dreams and finally something you did that was an action toward your happiness.
