• I have an offering open for enrolment this month. It is my first virtual offering from a group and I am feeling a lot of conflict around what it means to promote it and how it can reflect my own energy cycle and rhythm. This, coupled with a need to earn income; I feel a bit of a freeze.
• Focusing on somatic nervous system responses to when I am creating and sharing content. The challenge I am feeling is how to let people know I am open to receiving them as clients. The intuitive, aligned, truthful version of promoting.
