Dr. Shanta Barton-Stubbs is the Founder and Executive Director of New Image Youth Center in the Parramore community of Orlando, FL. Formerly named one of the Top 25 most dangerous neighborhoods in the United States, Shanta and her team have inspired change and hope in a community that once many have given up on.
