Often times in life it's easier to choose the easy way out. It's easy to sleep in compared to waking up to go to the gym. It's easier to order take out compared to cooking your own meals. Although you and I would prefer to life an easy life. Easy is not always good. 

You got to take the hard path in life, do things that are difficult and out of your comfort zone every so often so that you can flourish into a better version of yourself.
