The Aniki brothers go head to head with Hi Score Girl, the show that asks “Can being a Street Fighter arcade rat get you a high school love triangle?” The short answer is yes, at least for our boy Haruo. An avid early-90’s king of his video-game domain, his reign is threatened by the school princess Ono. Growing from rivalry to love, their relationship is built on the solid foundation of joysticks, coins, and the joy of defeating all opponents. However, when a new player, Hidaka, arrives to the game of love, who will become champion of Haruo’s heart? One of the best romance shows we’ve watched in a long time, this is a must watch.
