She helps them through the divorce process as part of the divorce team, helping them manage emotions and expectations, helping them effectively co-parent, and helping them make the transition into single mom life.As a yoga teacher and meditation facilitator, Joy brings in a holistic approach with breathwork and movement to help her clients reduce stress and find the clarity they need.
