The human psyche wasn't designed to go hard all the time. At least one full day per week should be a time to decompress and release the pressure. When that full day off doesn't make you feel better, you are at the end of an energy cycle and it's OK to take a break. Most of us error on the side of expectation - not on the side of the issue itself.
