While I was pursuing health and fitness as a Christian I realized some things that are essential but never really was a part of any of the programs that I signed up for. In this episode, I go over three things that we commonly overlook when deciding on which fitness program to join and/or as we start our fitness journey that you need to keep in mind. These three things may come as a surprise to you as they are not commonly expected to be found inside fitness programs (secular or faith-based ones, too).
