This week we meet mindset coach Elizabeth Walker on the sands of Santa Eulalia to talk about how she left her life,  living in Cyprus with her two children and took a leap into the unknown to move to ibiza.
Elizabeth began life on the island as a body worker and massage therapist, but as she learned more about peoples physical pain, fascial connections and blockages through her hands, her curiosity as to where the emotional and mental barriers began, grew.  She now runs her own business and creates space for others to locate those issues and help them unravel their trauma and work through the barriers that are holding them back from living their best lives.
