Our guest today is Brent McPhail, the founder and owner of Brave Control Solutions in Windsor, a company developing automated solutions to solve the global housing crisis and global skilled trades shortage.

 

In this episode, Brent is going to talk about the challenges he's had in the manufacturing business and he will also share details about his company's journey from one million to ten million, then back to about seven million, and now it's approaching $200 million.
