You guys might know who I (Dr. Benjamin) Am... sort of.

In this episode, hopefully you are able to get to know me on a more intimate level. That is the intention of this conversation anyhow. It was a stretch to open up and share myself a littler bit more vulnerably, but it is an action step that I've been wanting to take in the spirit of creating a more connected Healing Community (https://alter.health/healing-community)
