When you come to therapy, it's important that you talk about yourself! You can mention the other people in your life and give context, of course, but therapy is about YOU so we need to focus on you. Becoming healthier from therapy requires you to develop an internal (versus external) locus of control, which means operating from your own sense of self. This means that therapy sessions ARE all about you!
