That aside, as trivial as this might sound, I had never heard of the term '10 pound poms' so it was insightful to find out it only cost Michael 10 pounds to get to Australia (by plane I might add!)

Michael and I also shared a lot of common experiences having both being involved in the automotive industry, however I found his story of getting into Pastoral care work to be really interesting.

You all might have realised I enjoy talking about faith as a topic and this episode was fairly confronting to listen to Michael share his emotions at the loss of a son who was in his late 20's.
