Amber Wise is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and is certified with Precision Nutrition. She is the owner and founder of FIT Ladies Bootcamp. She has worked in the health and wellness field for nearly a decade and has personally helped thousands of people lose weight and get their health on track. She now runs an online workout community, FIT Ladies Bootcamp, that helps busy women get in shape in only 20 minutes a day from the comfort of their home.
Amber is a mother of 4 children, military spouse, and encourager of women. Her passion for fitness and health began early on. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 2 years old and was told she would never run, ride a bike, swim, in essence never have a “normal” life. She has defied all odds and has competed in triathlons, half marathons, and led a very normal life.

1) eat 4 cups of veggies and fruit (Hugh fiber preferred) a day
2) drink 1 gallon of water a day (2 glasses first thing in the morning, 2 before each meal and 1 with each meal)
3) move your body for at least 20 minutes a day.
