The Crimson Christian is someone who attends church and may even be familiar with the teachings of the Bible, yet has never truly confessed their sins or invited Jesus into their heart. They know who God is and believe that Jesus is His Son, but they have stopped short of personally accepting Him as Lord and Savior.

Outwardly, they may appear to be part of the family of faith—faithful in attendance, active in services—but inwardly, they remain unchanged. Still clothed in the guilt and stain of sin, they are, in reality, a church-going sinner in need of genuine repentance and salvation.
