106 The Rooted Kitchen: Back to Basics with Real Whole Food

Listen Later

Joni Garcia MS, RD, is a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience in public-health nutrition and the founder of The Rooted Kitchen in Doylestown, PA. She helps busy women feel more energized and confident cooking real, whole foods while also supporting their nervous system through breathwork, mindfulness, and simple daily rituals. Her holistic approach blends 1:1 coaching with hands-on experiences including cooking classes, grocery store tours, and breathwork sessions, with a special focus on cooking for one or two.
After years in a job that never truly lit her up, Joni launched The Rooted Kitchen to support women more directly through real food, foundational wellness habits, and mind-body practices. She’s passionate about empowering women to build sustainable habits that help them feel grounded, nourished, and resilient in everyday life.
