Today we spoke with Ken King – Talent developer, leader, entrepreneur and CEO of Boost Innovation
Ken has moved from coaching basketball to being a leader of a large international organisation that focuses on on-going learning, resiliency and culture analytics with Boost Institute. In this episode we hear about the origin story of Boost, the dragonfly - and family and corporate values...and Ken's leadership journey. Ken talks about quality and scalability and that challenging balance; he also shares his experience from the prestigious altMBA course run by Seth Godin.
Ken sheds light on the values of his company and how they haven't really changed - despite significant innovation, product diversity, service offering progressions and increased company size. We really admire that! Here's a story of a full time coach in basketball at 23 - who took the plunge to become a full-fledged entrepreneur, and is succeeding and inspiring many.
