Matt Underwood has worked as a public school history teacher, as a security agent for a nuclear power plant operation, and is now the Training Coordinator for Rochester Personal Defense of New York.  In this podcast, we look at the connection between history and personal defense, Matt's personal and training philosophy, and have a couple of laughs discussing his experience training with Nature Reliance School.  Matt is a forever-student, which makes him a great teacher and mentor. We are glad he joined us for this show.
