As athletes we grow accustomed to a certain way of doing things. We understand that if we put in the work, we will see results. Life does not necessarily work the same way. If you are at the free throw line and you miss the first one you can simply bend your knees a little more and knock down the second one. Unfortunately life isn't that simple.
