On today's episode I share about showing up to yourself with love and compassion no matter what season of life you are in.  It is easy to do when things are going great, but hard to do when the struggles of life knock you down.  What is important to remember is nothing is permanent and so it is important to show up with compassion and meet yourself exactly where you are.
