Jo is a certified sports nutritionist and women's health specialist with a heart to empower female athletes both in their sport and in life. Jo has a IIN hormone specialization as well as a NASM CPT and kinesiology graduate. She is an elite runner for Oiselle and competed in the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials.

In this conversation, we chat with Jo about life as a new mom to baby Lucy, getting back to running and training after childbirth, her company - Thrive Per4mance and her eye on qualifying for the 2024 Olympic Marathon Trials! In the second half we dive into the travel portion and talk all things MIAMI.
