We first met Andrew online, due to the similar natures of what we do in town. Unbeknownst to us, Andrew's family owns one of the oldest restaurants in St Louis, Pho Grand.

In addition to discussing restaurant life, we dive deep into the world of specialty liquors and amari, and geek out about our various cooking exploits.
