108. Embracing & Nurturing Highly Sensitive People With Lydia Gillman (Healing Conversation)

Listen Later

Lydia Gilman discusses her experience as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and the importance of understanding and validating Highly Sensitive People. She details the creation of her podcast, 'Stepping Into Purpose', nurturing her voice, and expressing herself alongside connecting with like-minded individuals. She also raises awareness about being a parent and a child to HSP's. Lydia delves into her meditation practices and the role they play in grounding her. Reflecting on her move to another country, she emphasizes the importance of tuning into internal desires despite external pressures. Lydia has also launched a shop aimed at spreading a love revolution and fostering a positive community.

Lydia Gillman is a mother, highly sensitive person, and creator of Love to a Tee, a store sharing messages of love and inspiration with the intention of spreading love to a world desperately in need of it. Passionate about helping people realize their full potential and getting out of their own way to do the amazing work they were put on earth to do, she also has a podcast, Stepping into Purpose. As an HSP, and parent to two highly sensitive children, Lydia is especially focused on helping parents of highly sensitive children understand and embrace the unique challenges (and joys!) of raising their HSCs, building connection through love and understanding. She empowers HSP's to thrive and celebrate their sensitivity as the superpower it truly is.
