I'm back from vacation and hastily editing this episode for y'all! Very excited to bring on my former uncle and movement and yoga facilitator, Reid McFarlane of Nude Dude Yoga onto the show today! As I continue my journey in learning more aspects of sex and erotic work, I speak to Reid on the parallels of tantric touch and erotic body work. We go into a brief history of what tantric massage might entail and the spirituality and connection that's required for it. We go beyond sexual pleasure and dig deeper in finding the purpose of what tantric touch is for. Reid speaks in depth regarding what happens in a typical group session, what emotions are being tugged on, what specific areas of the body hold trauma and how best to release it using human touch.
