Something big happened over at Actors’ Equity Association this week. 😮 They dropped their Diversity & Inclusion Report on Hiring Bias for 2021. 🙌 In this episode, we get an inside look at this hot-off-the-presses report with Danee Conley, Equity's new Diversity & Inclusion Strategist. 

Actors' Equity continues to be a leader in this space and work towards creating a more inclusive industry. ✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿🏳️‍🌈♿️ And Danee encourages all performers and stage managers – whether members of Equity or not! –  to reach out to her department to help you feel more comfortable and supported in doing great work on stages across the country. 💪 I believe as members of the theatre community 🎭, it's our responsibility to be a part of the conversation and take action towards positive change.
