Eric Dwinnells welcomes back guest cohost Brian Toney to discuss the Texarkana Moonlight Murders aka The Phantom Killer. This is the case that the movie(s) The Town That Dreaded Sundown was based on. Yes believe it or not, the 70's port slasher staring a sack-headed killer was based on true events...loosely based on true events.

In part one of this two part series, Eric and Brian will go over the first attack and the first couple of murders. They'll also introduce characters such as Texas Ranger "Lone Wolf" Gonzaullas.
