If you want to get good at marketing, you must get to know your customer. Understanding who your ideal clients are, what they enjoy, what they do on a daily basis, and what their pain points are is the only way to attract them.
Today we have copywriting expert Marisa Shadrick on to teach us how to do this. Marisa has been a coach, colleague, and friend for several years. She comes from a business and ministry background and has developed a business around copywriting and coaching business owners.
