We often talk about having unconditional love for other people as if it’s a good thing. The energy of love itself doesn’t have conditions, but relationships are another story. Relationships need conditions and expectations. Healthy love with another person is not conditional.

In today’s episode, I’m chatting about why relationships need conditions, how programming from your childhood can lead to unhealthy relationships, and how to become a healthy, balanced person in a relationship.

You don’t have to put up with people’s bad behavior. You don’t have to (and frankly, you don’t have the capacity) be a people pleaser your entire life. Recognizing that you are unhealthy and attracting the wrong people means that you can now do the work to set healthy boundaries for yourself and your relationships.
