My name is Xavier Montecel, and this is an oral history project about the stories and the people that make us who we are. In each episode, I sit down with my mom, Cuca Robledo Montecel, to talk about her family and others who have shaped her journey. We discuss where she comes from, the people who formed her, and what the future may hold.  We were inspired to get this project going because of my mom's diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer.
