Weaving through the perils of masculinity. The socialization process of men learning how to be men. Sensitiveness can lead men to feel as though there is something wrong with them. The Patriarchy. True feminism is concerned with with helping men. We want to heal. The history of the mens psychological world. Toxic masculinity. Men have been left behind. "Men hating" is not the solution. Being rejected by women doesn't mean there is something wrong with you. If I show any type of emotion or any weakness then I am not a man. Growing up without a father. Gender roles in relationships. Does she like me? Becoming an integrated and mindful man. "It's okay".
