Gen Z is a generation that has grown up with digital ability that no other generation has. They are currently 10% of the workforce and within 10 years will be 40% of the workforce. They are the generation born during a changing digital landscape, generally born in 1995 or later. They have the ability to use technology in a way their superiors and parents don’t understand. They are smart, savvy and don’t tolerate BS.  They are our future and it is our responsibility to understand them and help them, so that we can have a better future.
